Lovely September Break
This was our 1st visit to Presthaven and we really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and quick with no issues and we found our caravan easily. We stayed in a 2 bedroom prestige caravan and it was really nice and clean. We had no issues with the cleanliness of the caravan.
We visited the live lounge for the kids entertainment in the evening. We had a great time and the staff work very hard to keep everyone entertained. The table service from the bar was brilliant - we had to use the haven serve app.
We managed to book 2 swimming sessions, the pool was nice and clean with limited people, which was great and the staff were very helpful. please remember your £1 for the locker.
We were very pleased with the surrounding areas, the playarea was good for children. The beech and sand dunes were lovely. We also walked to Talacre which you must visit as it has a lovely lighthouse on the beech, very photogenic.
On our last day we had breakfast in the Mash & Barrell which was nice, again staff very friendly.
Overall we had a pleasant stay, nice friendly staff who work very hard in these difficult times. Would definitely visit Presthaven again.
Perfect little break
Excellent peaceful break right by a gorgeous beach and all the facilities we needed on hand. The caravan itself was lovely and clean and the whole experience was covid secure.
Prestatyn town itself was only a 5 minute drive and that was really nice as well.
Here now - arrived yesterday with early check in slot - midday. Check in lady very friendly - stay in car and she directs you to location of van. Door sealed and keys and welcome pack inside van. Caravan is spotless and located in a lovely area Abersoch. Thought it may be noisy by railway but heard nothing so far plus another bonus - no seagulls banging on the roof! 40 ins tv in lounge, smaller one in main bedroom. Fridge freezer and dishwasher in fully stocked kitchen. The sun has been shining since we got here - result. We normally go to Greenacres or Hafan-Y- Mor so had some reservations about Presthaven but no issues whatsoever so far.
