4 night holiday: 28 Oct-1 Nov. Very nice. Reception helpful. Caravan spotless as usual with Haven.Indoor pools good but lockers area could do with updating. One of the best crazy golf areas we've been on. Grandaughters loved that. My only real critism is the cost of extras for children eg: car racing and others. Food was expensive we felt (shopped for the in Aldi to feed us for 4xdays and cheaper than for one meal for the 5 of us at Haven. We ate out late afternoon at Wetherspoons in the town. Around £30 including drinks and deserts for 2 of our girls. I still think that Haven is a good holiday place to stay and would recommend.

Deluxe caravan nice and clean. Live lounge a bit small for the amount of people on site. Would recommend this place to anyone. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews. Will visit again in the future.

Went for a 5 day stay with my partner. The overall check
In experience was quick and well organised. The caravan itself was pristine, with everything necessary provided. The grounds were well maintained, with staff always relatively near by. Everyone was very friendly and we felt welcomed through out. I felt very safe with staff checking who is going in and out of the complex.
The only things I would criticise are the check out out time (10am) which wasn’t ideal, especially as it’s classed as a 5 day holiday - would be better around the 12pm mark. I can imagine if people have children it may be difficult to get out on time. Would’ve been nice to walk the beach one last time. Another criticism would be you can’t eat at the restaurant without the fun pass. Which for a couple on their own would’ve worked out too expensive just for the use of restaurant and bar. Think it worked out around £50-60 for the two of us. If you pay that on top of the cost of food it’s very expensive - would only really be beneficial for families.
Overall a great experience - it exceeded my expectations! I was sad to be leaving today but I can’t wait to one day return.
